I would be interested in your opinion on what happens when people die? Is there an after-life, long tunnel, brilliant light, heaven? Or do we die and only when resurection occurs do SOME people live again ie those who believed in God???more...
I am a Christian, I have been for four years now. (I'm 16) Something that bothers me is the severity of hell. It just does NOT click in my mind that a loving, caring God would allow so many people go to hell. Especially when he knows that they are always going to be there -- couldn't he have done a better job of 'revealing himself' to those people??? And when we get to heaven, are we going to know that there are people who are suffering horribly in hell while we're up there having the time of our lives?? And if we will know, how in the world are we going to be happy? Even God is sad that there are people in hell. There is no way that I can be joyful, knowing that people are weeping and crying and being tormented in a lake of fire with satan and his demons eternally, separated from God. There is NO WAY!. And if we are going to be happy, then I don't want to be in heaven. That seems amost selfish that God just separates himself from all those millions of people, never to acknowledge them again.more...

I just read a question given to you regarding sinners going to hell. The question was "How can a just and loving God send people to hell?" The question made alot of since, but the response provided was very disturbing to me. I think that I probably misunderstood what you were saying. But if I did read it correctly, it says that hell is just death. I really have a hard time believing that. If God was not going to punish and/or allow us to choose wrong, then what would be the point of existing? more...
